Ideally, yes. Your yoga mat is a personal choice and investment. There are endless types of yoga mats--thinner or thicker, shorter or longer, synthetic or natural materials. If you'd like some suggestions, options, or have any questions, send me an email-- I'm happy to help!

Zoom is an online platform where you can see and hear live classes virtually. You can download the app on either a computer, tablet, or mobile device, and participate in class wherever you have internet: perhaps from your backyard or your living room!

Something comfortable and easy to move in. You absolutely do not need designer or expensive workout clothes. I recommend practicing barefoot for yoga, and supportive athletic shoes for Strength/Workout classes.
First, make sure your doctor gives you the okay to practice yoga. Be sure to communicate your concerns to me, so I may offer modifications or specific poses more appropriate for your condition(s).
