How it started

How it started

How it started

As a child, I grew up watching my grandmother practice yoga at home. I enjoyed playing with the poses, but it was the yogic philosophy she instilled in me that has stuck with me even after her passing in 2015.

After a series of traumas, my experiences manifested into depression and anxiety.

Seeking healing I rediscovered yoga and simultaneously became very interested in fitness. They both provided me a sense of calm, clarity, balance, and purpose.

While studying yoga, I completed a long series of races, including a half marathon, a triathlon, and several obstacle course races.

I truly enjoy sharing the empowering gifts of yoga and fitness with others and have been teaching since 2014.
